A 5-hour stand-off in Seaside has ended…..with no one in the home that was surrounded. The stand-off took place on the 100 block of Luzon Road, near Attu Road in the housing development known as The Parks At Monterey Bay. Residents were initially asked to avoid the area, and that if they lived nearby to stay away from exterior walls and windows.
