At least 6 adults and 6 children, were displaced when their Salinas home was damaged by fire last night. That after an aerial firework landed on the roof of their home at the corner of Quilla and Market Street in east Salinas. Fireworks debris was found around the home, and family members reported hearing fireworks going off leading up to the fire (which burned into the home, not out of it…..as is the hallmark of fires that are started when fireworks land on their roofs).
