A man, who led law enforcement officers in Santa Cruz county on a chase from south county into the Santa Cruz Mountains yesterday, was driving a stolen vehicle at the time. 30 year-old Felipe Albarran started the chase by passing cars by using the shoulder of highway 1 where the traffic was stopped because of the cows on the road……and he didn’t stop until he led officers, in a slow-speed chase to Boulder Creek where he was arrested on suspicion of auto theft, D.U.I. evading, and driving without a license.
