The search for the missing Oregon woman has moved to Monterey county. San Mateo county officials say their investigation has turned up video footage that shows 23 year-old Angela Hernandez with her white Jeep Patriot with Oregon plates in the Carmel Highlands area around 9:30 Friday morning. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is encouraged to contact authorities.
