While 2 out of 3 suspects have been arrested in connection with the theft of an ATM in May, the 3rd is still At-Large. After watching video footage of the theft from a Marina cardroom, investigators determined that Jose Yanez, Vincent Jaquez, and Arthur Marquez used a white pick-up truck to steal the machine (which contained more than 10,000 dollars). Janez and Jaquez were booked into Monterey county jail. Anyone with information on 41 year-old Arthur Marquez’ whereabouts is encouraged to contact their local authorities.
