A man was arrested after a brief Stand-Off today in Salinas. 44 year-old Galen Trigg, who was already on probation, was found to be in possession of more than 2 pounds of methamphetamine. Once he came out of the home near the intersection of Kirkwood Avenue and Villa Street, Trigg was booked into Monterey County Jail.
