A man was arrested this morning for fatally stabbing a man in a Salinas home. 18 year-old Brayan Uriel Parra is accused of stabbing 48 year-old Ramon Espinoza Ochoa, and beating a woman when she tried to assist Ochoa. Parra was booked into Monterey county jail.
