(09:55) Santa Cruz – The Arizona Nurse facing child sexual assault charges was arraigned this morning in Santa Cruz County Superior Court. 30 year-old Emily Stephens was arraigned on 8 felonies linked with sodomy, lewd acts and copulation with children. The judge set Stephens bail at $600,000. 57 year-old Dr. James Kohut, is a codefendant of Stephens, and faces 11 felonies linked to raping children. Watsonville Nurse, 43 year-old Rashel Brandon, the third defendant in the child rape case, faces 8 felonies. Stephens, Kohut and Brandon are scheduled to be back in court at 8:15 a.m. on September 6, in Santa Cruz County Superior Court.
