2 people involved in a shooting in downtown Santa Cruz, reportedly left the scene before Santa Cruz Police officers arrived. A firearm, and multiple shell casings were found (including those in an un-occupied vehicle, that was struck by several rounds). A K-9 sweep of the area came up with nothing.
