Mandatory Evacuation orders are in place for the 11-thousand 500-acre Pawnee Fire, burning in the Clearlake Oaks portion of lake county. The wildfire, which has more than 230 firefighters working to put it out (including strike teams from the Monterey Bay Area), is considered 5 percent contained.
