An unresponsive diver was pulled from the waters off of San Carlos Beach in Monterey Saturday afternoon. First responders were called shortly before 3 p-m after a bystander pulled the diver out of the waters near the Coast Guard Pier. CPR was administered while the victim was transported to an area hospital. At this time the diver’s condition has not been released.
