See you in court. That’s the cry from the local environmental group suing UC-Santa Cruz over the student housing west project.
The conservation group “Habitat and Watershed Caretakers” filed a complaint yesterday against the u-c board of regents claiming the board’s environmental review “inadequately analyzed project alternatives and potential environmental impacts.”
Student housing west was approved by U-C Regents last month and provides 3-thousand beds and a child care center.
