A Fraternity has been dismissed from U.C. – Santa Cruz. Not only is Theta Chi, which was on Interim Suspension during a University investigation into an off-campus death last year, no longer able to organize or recruit members, the National Theta Chi organization has revoked the Santa Cruz chapter’s charter. Reportedly the investigation turned up “hazing, drug use, and more”. A member of the Santa Cruz chapter of Theta Chi has also been dismissed, and others may face “serious discipline”.
