repair efforts on the u-dock at the santa cruz small craft harbor began on wednesday. the dock was rebuilt in a factory in solano county and arrived by truck tuesday. the replacement of the dock is expected to cost 1-point-2 million dollars. repairs are anticipated to be complete by august 15th.
