Another man has been arrested in connection with the 2009 Santa Cruz murder case of 16 year-old Tyler Tenorio. 34 year-old Paulo Ramirez was extradited from Mexico, and has been booked into Santa Cruz County Jail. Tyler Tenorio was a Junior at Santa Cruz High School when he was stabbed to death October 16th, of 2009…..while outside a convenience store in Santa Cruz.
