Two people have been arrested following a drug trafficking investigation. A multiple law enforcement agency task force led by the Santa Cruz County Anti-Crime Team raided two Santa Cruz and one Castroville residence on Thursday. Officers seized nearly $200,000 in cash and eight ounces of heroin. 36 year old Martolo Navarro and 33 year old Belen Rodriguez were booked into Santa Cruz County jail on drug possession and conspiracy charges.
