The Santa Cruz Country Public Health has reported that two more people in the county have been reported positive with COVID-19 (coronavirus).
On March 10 a patient was confirmed as having it. The patient is reportedly in isolation and hospitalized in a different county.
Today, a patient connected to Rio Del Mar Elementary in Aptos was confirmed as having COVID-19. The exposure is still under investigation.
The school reported that they were closing for the end of the 14-day recommended quarantine and performing a deep cleaning.
