Two California Representatives are insisting that Federal prosecution of medical marijuana patients stop. Sam Farr And Dana Rohrabacher coauthored a letter to the Attorney General after the Department Of Justice announced it would continue prosecuting medical marijuana cases in states that have made it medical use legal. The bipartisan letter points out that Congress passed the Rohrabacher- Farr Amendment that prohibits the DOJ from wasting funding prosecuting medical users.
