Santa Cruz sheriff’s deputies have arrested two people in San Lorenzo Valley on separate gun charges. 27-year-old Tyler Thomas of Santa Cruz was arrested in Boulder Creek Wednesday morning when he was found with a .45 caliber handgun concealed in his jacket. He was arrested on charges including carrying a loaded firearm in public and parole violation.
In the second incident, 38-year-old Nicole Cerami, a Nevada resident, was arrested in Felton about 5:30 yesterday morning after a disturbance inside an RV where a weapon was discharged. No one was hurt, but Cerami was arrested for being a drug addict in possession of a firearm.
Bond for both was set at $25,000.
