Twin Lakes Project Complete 07/28/18 20:35 S.S.

The  7  million  dollar  Twin  Lakes  State  Beach Project  has  been  completed.     It  took  10  years of  planning,   and  2  years  of  construction,   but now  there  are  bike  lanes  and  crosswalks,  and a  brand  new  coastal  protection  structure.
