Work on the Twin Lakes Beachfront Improvement Project resumed this Monday. The project is expected to finish by April 26, 2018, and is subject to weather delays. East Cliff Drive, from 5th Avenue to 7th Avenue, will experience traffic delays with potential lane closure between the hours of 8:30am to 4:30pm. The Department Of Public Works would like the motoring public to avoid the area if possible.
