After 3 months of testimony, the trial for the man accused of kidnapping and killing Morgan Hill teen Sierra La Mar, could go to the jury within the next few days. The Closing Arguments are being made. Once that’s complete, the 6 men and 6 women of the jury will decide the fate of Antolin Garcia Torres. If convicted on all of the charges against him, he could be sentenced to either the Death Penalty, or Life In Prison Without The Possibility Of Parole.
