A new trial date is to be set for a Live Oak man accused of child molestation. A new hearing to set a trial date for 56 year old Carl Guerin was scheduled for Wednesday after allegations of possible additional victims were introduced. Guerin, a former foster parent, Scotts Valley Unified School District employee, and Girl Scout troop leader is already facinf 16 felonies, including attempting to dissuade a witness. Guerin has been in custody since his arrest in 2013.
