A man accused of sexually assaulting a 28-year-old woman in Watsonville in 2010 is scheduled to go to trial in September. Octavio castenada Castillo is facing felony charges of kidnapping, sexual assault on an unconscious victim and battery causing great bodily injury. He is due back in santa cruz county courtroom for a status conference in august, before his trial begins September 10th. Castillo remains in custody at santa cruz county jail.
