3-accused gang members have had a trial date set, (however 1-of them must first be located). 22-year-old hugo guerrero Rodriguez and 29-year-old nestor ariel- cuevas appeared in a santa cruz county court room yesterday, and entered pleas of “not guilty.” A trial date for the 2 was set for march 8th. Meanwhile, a 3rd suspect, 20-year-old omar Ortega did not appear, so an arrest warrant was issued. (when he is located, Ortega is slated to stand trial along with the other 2.) the 3 men are accused of selling heroin; they were arrested last December.
