ABOUT A THOUSAND P.G. & E. CUSTOMERS IN APTOS were WITHOUT POWER this morning, AFTER A TREE FELL ON SOQUEL DRIVE THIS MORNING. IT TOOK DOWN POWER LINES JUST BEFORE 10 A-M, AND STILL BLOCKed the roadway till late this afternoon. Power has been restored to all but 3 housholds at this time
