The people who stole a 32-foot trailer and a race car from a Santa Cruz property are still being sought. The theft took place on the 300 block of River Street over the weekend. Reportedly the thieves first stole a van from the property, and then came back and took the race-car and trailer. Although the van was found the next day, the race car, trailer, and $35,000 worth of tools (that were inside the trailer) have not yet been located.
