More than a dozen motorcycle officers took part in a special enforcement program in Watsonville yesterday. BADGES enforcement officers gather in a specific city each month, to address the particular traffic safety concerns in that city. In Watsonville, officers were focusing on pedestrian and bicycle violations….and they handed out nearly 100 tickets yesterday.
