A Live Oak business is being sued by the heavy equipment manufacturer, Caterpillar. Cat and Cloud Coffee is in the midst of a legal battle after Caterpillar Inc. sent the business a cease and desist letter. The letter demands they stop selling products or rebrand. The owners of the business were surprised by the legal action, however at this time have no intention of rebranding.
