Authorities in monterey county have released the identity of a man who died after being struck by a tractor. 39-year-old eliseo garcia gutierrez was struck by the tractor on Wednesday, on a farm in chualar. Gutierrez was pronounced dead at the scene of the old stage road accident. the incident is under investigation by the california division of occupational safety and helath (Cal-OSHA).
