Tomorrow is Election Day in California, and the polls are scheduled to be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Because of a new rule, people can still register to vote, and vote in this primary election, all the way through the business day tomorrow. The Top 2 Voting System will be in effect for this election, and it applies in Statewide and Legislative races, but not Local races. The 2 candidates who receive the most votes will face off against each other in the November General Election.
