The Santa Cruz & Monterey Bay Railway held a trial train run on friday. The test follows the completion of recent railroad bridge work, that makes the rail line fully operational. A test train consisting of a single locomotive and a small procession of tanker cars traveled the length of the Santa Cruz branch. After an analysis of the test a daily service schedule may be formulated.
