The proposed Ocean Street Starbucks Coffee has been approved in Santa Cruz. At Thursday nights Planning Commission meeting the proposal for the 2000 square foot two story building passed unanimously after a two hour discussion. Work on the future site at 745 Ocean is expected to move forward in about 60 days.
