The Monterey County Food Bank is reopening in Salinas today (Mon). Since An Arsonist set fire to the structure several weeks ago the facility has been undergoing extensive cleaning and repairs to its loading dock and refrigeration system. Food bank officials say an outpouring of community support is responsible for the fast recovery of the operation, and in June the organization will be getting four new delivery trucks making the operation again fully functional.
