(12:35)SALINAS- A Texas man has been convicted for a fatal 2015 collision. Last week a jury found 23 year old Anthony Bouchereau guilty of felony vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence and felony hit and run causing death stemming form the July 5th incident on North Madeira Avenue in Salinas where he ran a red light and struck a van killing his passenger 24 year old Yesenia Romero. Prosecutors say before fleeing the scene he took the dead woman’s cell phone and wa taken into custody when he attempted to sell it to her family. Bouchereau is facing 12 year in prison when he is sentenced on April 7th.
