As of today (Monday), Tesla is back to full operation with permission from Alameda County health officials.
An agreement was reached over the weekend between the automaker and the county following Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s defiance against the health order the previous week.
During the prior scuffle, Musk even dared officials to arrest him.
Meanwhile, some employees are reportedly worried about their safety, and the California Governor alleges this is a “spirit of compromise” rather than special treatment.
