2-teenagers were arrested saturday in salinas after attempting to break into a residence. at 11 a.m. A neighbor on the 7-hundred block of saint helen way reported the 2 trying to kick in the front door of a house. The 2-fled, but salinas police officers found 2 suspects nearby. Police say 18-year-old jose anguiano was identified by a witness as 1-of the suspects. he was arrested, and booked into monterey county jail, while a 16-year-old boy was arrested and booked into monterey county juvenile hall.
