two teens were arrested in scotts valley on monday night on suspicion of carrying a concealed firearm. scotts valley police pulled over the pickup truck for having expired tags. the officer obtained consent to search the vehicle and found a handgun in the cab, and brass knuckles in the pocket of one of the teens. both were booked into juvenile hall on suspicion of POSSESSING a prohibited weapon and carrying a concealed handgun.
