A 17-year-old who was involved in a fatal accident earlier this month, has been arrested. The male juvenile is now facing possible charges of vehicular manslaughter, in connection with the October 1st accident, which occurred on Rossi Street. 46-year-old Sung Kim was struck while riding his motorcycle, and later died from his injuries. Police now say that their investigation revealed that the 17-year-old driver was at fault. He was booked into Monterey county juvenile hall without incident.
