A teenager has been arrested in connection with the January killing of a man in Santa Cruz. Daniel Hartley’s body was found on the 700 block of Emeline Avenue January 17th. Early last month, a 16 year-old was identified as the suspect in the case. He was arrested in Livingston Texas and extradited back to Santa Cruz.
