Authorities have identified the 19-year-old victim of a fatal accident on tassajara road last Saturday, as keenan lucero. The carmel resident was riding in a jeep, and was thrown from the vehicle when it rolled over. He died at the scene. 2-others were hospitalized, while the driver sustained minor injuries. Keenan lucero was a former carmel high school honor roll student, and was also an award-winning football player.
