A Taekwondo instructor in Watsonville, who was out on bail, has been re-arrested. That after he allegedly gave marijuana candies to one of his underage female students. His earlier arrest was for having a sexual relationship with a minor from his studio. Nemesio Estrada was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
