The wet weather on Monday contributed to the crash of a taco truck in salinas. The driver of the truck is believed to have been speeding on highway-101 at north main street, when he lost control and the truck went into a ditch. The kitchen area of the food truck caught fire, which was extinguished by responding firefighters. No injuries were reported in the 1 p.m. accident.
