The inmate who went missing from Salinas Valley State Prison (in Soledad) yesterday, has been re-arrested. 22 year-old Brian Martin, was serving a 6 year sentence for receiving stolen property, was picked back up around 11:30 this morning. He was returned to Salinas Valley State Prison.
