A Scotts Valley Masseuse was arrested on Friday night, on suspicion of prostitution. Scotts Valley police officers issued a search warrant at the Shiatsu Spa on Scotts Valley Drive, after an undercover officer was allegedly propositioned by 62-year-old Zhang Qui Ying. Authorities report they had received numerous complaints about the business. Ying was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
