3-people were arrested in scotts valley last night, after allegedly burglarizing vehicles. Scotts valley police officers were called to the skypark neighborhood, after a resident reported that vehicle had been broken into. Officers stopped a car leaving the area, and allegedly found several stolen items inside. The items are believed to have been taken from residences in scotts valley and santa cruz. 19-year-old decheng huang and 2 juveniles were arrested.
