SV Arrest 07/17/19B 17:24 S.S.

A  man  was  arrested  in  Scotts  Valley.     That  after  Methamphetamine,  Heroin,  Crack  Cocaine,  concentrated  Cannabis,  and  9  cell  phones  were found  during  a  search  of  52  year-old  Michael  Hrica’s  vehicle.     He  was  booked  into  Santa  Cruz  County  Jail.
