Scotts Valley Police are set to conduct additional alcohol-control operations starting this month. A grant from The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is helping fund the effort to provide better training to those who sell alcohol. Police also plan to use underage-decoys, who will try to buy alcohol during the operation, which is set to last from February through June.
