6-people were injured today(Fri) in salinas, when an out of control driver slammed into a starbucks coffee shop. The 59-year-old driver struck tables and chairs outside the south main street store, before crashing through the front window. The driver sustained minor injuries. 2-other people also sustained minor injuries and 3 people were hospitalized with injuries described as moderate. The accident occurred when the driver inadvertently stepped on the accelerator while parking.
