Suspicious Device – Safe 08/01/18B 16:45 S.S.

8^th street  in  Monterey  re-opened  this  afternoon,  after  the  Monterey  County  Sheriff’s  Office  Bomb  Squad  determined  the  area  was  safe.  That  after  a  possible  destructive  device  was  found  in  a  residential  neighborhood.  The  device  was  located on  the 1200  block  of  8^th  street  in Monterey.
